Hi everyone!(:

Wah...I thought after the first lesson of GP, being the GP rep was bad enough. After the meeting today, it's much worse. Please cooperate with me okay? It's like so hectic having to take orders here and there. Here's what I'm supposed to take orders for: Sleepy Town, the Musical and magazines such as 'The Economist', 'Broader Perspectives' and 'Newsweek'.

Here are the details for the magazines:
· Subscriptions are short-term and offered at discounted rates.
· Students should use Edusave to minimize adminstrative duties. Only foreign students who do not have Edusave or people who do not have sufficient funds in their Edusave are allowed to pay in cash.
· All students are to call 62600777 to check if they have sufficient funds for the magazines they wish to order.
· Submit the letter and Edusave form I am giving out tomorrow to me. Those who are paying in cash are to hand in their forms and moeny to me.
· Please indicate your choices on the Edusave forms and letters.
· Magazine vendors will be in the school canteen on the following days: Wed 18 Feb- Fri 20 Feb.

These are the days that the vendors are coming to show you the magazines offered. Please take a good look at them to choose wisely so that you do not make the wrong choice and waste your money.
As I have to hand in the forms latest by Wed 25 Feb, please submit your orders to me by Fri, 20 Feb.
These are the packages offered: 1. Newsweek(30 issues) @ $24 2. Newsweek(20 issues) and Broader Perspectives(8 issues) @ $46 3. Broader Perspectives(10 issues)@ $45 4. The Economist(12)@ $30

These are the details for 'Sleepy Town', the Musical:
date/time: Fri,6march, 8pm
Admission fees:$28/student. For students under the financial assistance scheme it is $5.60.
Venue: Drama Centre.
Please meet at Drama Centre at 7.45pm. You are to make your own transport arrangements.:
